Emmanuel’s Clothing Closet

In early 2020, Emmanuel’s council decided to embark in a mission that would assist the community in a much needed way: by opening a closet for those who need clothing to have a way to acquire it. After some delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the closet officially opened in the Fall of 2020. All should feel free to use and/or give to the closet.

EMMANUEL'S CLOSET UPDATED HOURS:

Monday & Wednesday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM

Our Mission

Emmanuel’s Closet is happy to provide complimentary clothing to children, single parents, families, seniors and homeless men and women in the Pottstown area and beyond. Our focus is to provide quality clothing to help families when they need it most.

Our Supporters

We receive clothing from the very generous people of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and our local community. The clothing we receive is then redistributed to other families who are in need.

Our Volunteers

At Emmanuel’s Closet, our volunteers are the hands and feet of Jesus. We genuinely care about our community and have a strong desire to help others. If you Feel the same, then join us and help share the love of Jesus by helping local families in need of a hand up.
